WARC is a publishing company that produces a range of services for media marketing agencies and brand owners. WARC describe themselves as 'the most comprehensive marketing information service in the world'. Their Flagship is an online service but they also produce a range of different publications run events and have a number of data products that they market.


"The WARC.com database contains over 25,000 articles, case studies, research reports and summaries covering all areas of marketing communications drawn from more than 30 leading content sources worldwide."


The challenge

WARC needed to upgrade their legacy Goldmine CRM system. WARC wanted a new system that could integrate their various systems such as the accounts and marketing into central databases.


The software

Potential providers were narrowed down to a head to head between Salesforce and Microsoft CRM.

Largely down to its superior reporting and the integration it quickly became apparent that Salesforce would get WARC where they wanted to be quicker than any other system.


The process
